Project: 230 East 88th Street N.Y., N.Y.

Description: The project consisted of the removal of all loose concrete on the balcony floors and the application of a new cementitous wearing surface. The main roof was removed and replaced with a new Siplast Paradiene 20/30 (20 Year No Dollar Limit Warranty) built up roof. Existing perimeter railings were removed and new railings and pitch pockets were installed.
